Privacy notice
Private coaching
requires restraint.
HAUS is designed to collect only the information needed to operate a private coaching relationship and secure account access.
What HAUS uses
Account and coaching information.
Account identity and sign-in information are handled through Clerk. HAUS coaching records may include contact details, goals, workout activity, progress entries, nutrition targets and logs, calendar activity, applications, and coach/client notes or context created inside the service.
How access is scoped
Identity first. Authorization second.
Clerk authenticates account identity. Convex stores HAUS application records and enforces role and coaching-relationship access. Clients are intended to access their own client-safe records; coach-only records remain restricted to authorized coaching views.
Service providers
Infrastructure stays purpose-bound.
HAUS currently relies on Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data and authorization, and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. Their services may process information necessary to provide those functions.
Sensitive information
Do not use HAUS for emergencies.
HAUS is a coaching platform, not an emergency service or medical-record system. Do not submit emergency information, diagnoses, medical records, passwords, payment-card numbers, or other information that is not needed for coaching.
Questions and corrections
Keep the record accurate.
If information in your HAUS coaching record is inaccurate or you have a privacy question, contact your HAUS coach before submitting additional sensitive information. Account identity settings can be managed through the secure Account area after sign-in.
